Our reputation as a reliable, high-quality fireworks outlet is extremely important to us and we take these instances seriously. Our customer service is of top priority and we will do what we can to make these situations right. While we cannot replace the original non-performing item, we can offer customers an in-store credit valued at 200% of the price of the non-performing product with proof of purchase.
